Following on from the success of the first year incentive we were asked to take the Risperdal team through a new period of sales targets building upon the novel methods we had introduced earlier. Working very closely with World Events we were drawing inspiration for this scheme from their plan to have the sales force meet en masse with a real tribe somewhere exotic. The final destination would be based upon their performance as a team. Clearly their world was their oyster so we launched the scheme with all the jungle exotica we could muster on a cold day in the North West and Tribal Quest was underway.
