Incentive scheme
Pharmaceutical company, Medeva, required a conference theme and sales incentive scheme that tied in with the location and history of their destination - Cyprus. An Olympian was due to speak, the delegates were formed into teams and the work of the 3 day conference was drawn across the rest of the following 12 months by the incentive scheme we developed for them. This combined variable targets and sales reporting with a memorable, fun and competitive scheme.
