aka helped Grünenthal to attain a successful launch of a new therapy in conjunction with World Events.
To drive sales of the new product, we invented the 'Victory Club' incentive scheme. It was inspired by haute couture to reflect the bespoke nature of the product and the destinations available to the winners - Milan and Paris. The scheme ran with a simultaneous website and direct mail statements, keeping each individual fully updated with their performance within the team.
