Being the largest European biotechnology company brought with it the incumbent problems associated with rapid growth and an everchanging corporate environment. Celltech was a collection of companies that had been merged with all their disparate product logos and cultures.

AKA successfully drove a consensus-based initiative that delivered a refined brand encompassing all the business units and instructed all parties on how to utilise it whether creating new product packages, signage or printed literature. A comprehensive manual was developed to show how to apply the values of Celltech to any visual environment.
