Pharmaceutical company, Medeva, required a conference theme and sales incentive scheme that tied in with the location and history of their destination – Cyprus. An Olympian was due to speak, the delegates were formed into teams and the work of the 3 day conference was drawn across the rest of the following 12 months by the incentive we developed for them. This combined variable targets and sales reporting with a memorable, fun and competitive scheme that had everyone taking part due in no small part to the way in which it was able to reward at
all levels.
